幕墙玻璃应力测试仪
幕墙玻璃应力测试仪利用浮法玻璃表面锡扩散层引起的光波导效应来定量测量表面应力，也可定量测量化学钢化玻璃的表面应力。该仪器测量精度高、结构新颖，使用简单、携带方便。
本产品符合标准GB 15763.2《建筑安全玻璃 第2部分 钢化玻璃》及BG/T 18144 《玻璃应力实验方法》的要求。该仪器测量精度高、结构新颖，使用简单、携带方便，在汽车、建筑安全玻璃生产厂家、科研院所、检测中心及建筑工程上得到了广泛的应用。
幕墙玻璃应力测试仪性能特点：
应用广泛：适用于半钢化玻璃、钢化玻璃、化学钢化玻璃的表面应力的定量测量。轻巧实用：仪器仅重1.2Kg，体积15×20×4(cm)，将仪器置于浮法玻璃的浸锡面或化学钢化玻璃的表面上，调节仪器的光路，即可测量。
计算方便：仪器目镜视场中的台阶高度乘以仪器常数，即可得到玻璃的表面应力值。

1. Application The instrument is applicable to non-destructively determine surface stress of the heat-strenthened or tempered float flat glass, and can also be used to measure the surface stress of the chemically ion-exchanged glass.
