1. 术后48小时内不要洗脸,避免摩擦皮肤和沾到自来水,可以用苯扎氯胺溶液或者生理盐水或纯净水清洁,保持面部的无菌状态。术后48小时后可以温和清洁,使用保湿护肤产品。
2. 术后3-5天内避免过热的⽔洗脸;避免使⽤果酸、⽔杨酸、维甲酸等去⻆质产品及其他含有刺激性成份产品;避免化彩妆。
3. 治疗后3-5天内可能会有轻度红肿、一过性灼热、细小结痂、脱屑,为正常反应,做好皮肤的保湿修复,可以使用修复液和修复凝胶。术后一周内如自觉皮肤干燥,可按需使用械字号保湿修复面膜。
4. 治疗区域做好严格的防晒。红肿消退前以物理性防晒手段为主(伞、帽子、口罩等),红肿消退以后可以联合使用广谱的防晒霜(SPF30,PA+++以上),出门前半小时涂抹,一次全脸涂抹量为1圆硬币大小(若单次涂抹量不足,出门时可以再重复涂抹一遍),色斑处可以涂抹两遍,长时间在户外应2-3小时补涂一次。
5. 术后1周禁忌熬夜,容易影响修复能力,削弱微针治疗效果;避免烟酒、辛辣刺激食物。
Dear Sir/Madam, please be aware of following notes after the microneedle/mesotherapy treatment:
1. Within 48 hours after treatment, avoid washing your face with tap water, and avoid rubbing your skin. You can use benzalkonium chloride solution or normal saline or purified water to clean your face. 48 hours after treatment, you can wash your face gently with tap water and apply gentle moisturizer afterwards.
2.Within 3-5 days after treatment, avoid overheated water; avoid using exfoliating products such as glycolic acid, salicylic acid, and retinoic acid, as well as other products containing irritating ingredients; avoid makeup.
3. Mild redness, swelling, transient burning, small scabs and peeling are normal reactions within 3 days after treatment. It is recommended to apply repair solution/gel to help skin repair within the first week after treatment. If you feel your skin is dry within one week after the operation, you can use the medical repair mask as needed.
4. Sunscreen is very important. Before redness completely subsides, please strictly avoid sun exposure (hat, umbrella, mask and other physical sunscreen methods). After redness subsides, physical sunscreen combined with broad-spectrum sunscreen cream are recommended. For the sunscreen cream, please choose SPF30, PA+++ or above; apply 1-coin-size sunscreen cream on your face 30 minutes before you go outdoors; double apply it on the pigmented areas; if you stay outdoors for long hours, please reapply sunscreen cream every 2-3 hours..
5. Avoid spicy food and alcohol during the repairing period. A healthy lifestyle and sufficient rest are also very important. Please try to sleep before 11pm. |
