输尿管结石是一种常见的泌尿外科疾病，经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术是治疗输尿管结石的有效方法。

Laser lithotripsy is a common procedure that used to break up stones in your urinary tract.



在术后可能会出现以下情况：

After the procedure, you might notice:



血尿和尿道不适：尿液一般如洗肉水般淡红，不必紧张，多饮水，勤排尿即可。

Hematuria: It’s common to see blood right after surgery. With time and hydration, the urine should slowly turn from a watermelon red color to pink to clear.



腰痛：术后一般会留置支架管，保护肾脏功能，同时支撑输尿管防止输尿管狭窄。有一半以上的置管患者会有腰痛症状，如出现明显腰腹部疼痛，可按医嘱使用止痛药或者解痉药。

Stent pain: After ureteroscopy, you may have a small tube called a ureteral stent in place. The stent serves to ensure that the kidney drains urine well after surgery. About 50% of patients who undergo ureteroscopy and have a stent will have “stent pain”. For severe pain, painkillers or antispasmodic can be used as prescribed by the doctor.



尿路刺激症状：如术后留置支架管，留置在体内的支架管末端靠近膀胱颈部，可能会引起不同程度的尿频、尿急或尿痛。

Due to the stent, you might feel an urgent or frequent need to urinate or urination might be painful. This is common and no need to worry.





同时需要注意以下事项

In the meantime, you should pay attention to the following:



饮食指导：术后应该多饮水，以增加尿量，有利于结石的排出和预防感染。建议每天饮水量在2000-3000毫升，饮水后多活动，及时排空尿液。同时，饮食上要注意清淡易消化，避免食用重辣的食物。避免过多摄入含钙、磷等矿物质较多的食物，如牛奶、豆腐等。同时要少饮酒、少喝浓茶、咖啡等饮料。

Diet: After the procedure, drink enough water to increase urine volume, which is conducive to the discharge of stones and the prevention of infection. It is recommended to drink 2000-3000 ml of water every day, and do more exercise after drinking to empty urine in time. At the same time, eat more light and easy-to-digest foods, avoid spicy food and excessive intake of foods containing calcium, phosphorus and other minerals, such as milk, tofu and so on. Avoid drinking alcohol、strong tea、and coffee.



活动与休息：如术后留置支架管，应避免剧烈运动和重体力劳动，防止支架管滑脱或刺激输尿管壁而引起疼痛、出血等不适。

Activity: if you have stent in placed, stay away from strenuous physical activity, such as heavy lifting、running to prevent the stent tube from slipping or irritating the ureter wall, causing pain, bleeding and other discomfort.



预防感染：术后按医嘱使用抗生素, 避免感染的发生。

Infection prevention: After the surgery, use antibiotics according to medical advice to prevent infection.



疼痛管理：术后如因结石碎片的排出或支架管的刺激出现明显腰腹部疼痛，需按医嘱使用止痛药，以减轻疼痛。

Pain management: After the procedure, if significant lumbar and abdominal pain occurs due to removal of stone fragments or stimulation of stent tubes, painkillers should be used as prescribed by the doctor.



定期随访：患者需要定期进行随访复查，以了解结石是否已经完全排出，以及身体的恢复情况。医生会根据情况决定何时拔除支架管。支架管为临时性留置，不能长期留在体内！

Regular follow-up: it helps to know if the stone has been completely passed and promptly find and manage any abnormal situations. Your urologist will decide when to remove the stent depending on the situation. The stent tube is temporarily indwelled and cannot be left in the body for a long time!

持续不断的腰腹部疼痛

Constant, unrelenting stent pain

尿路感染,尿频尿急尿痛

Urinary tract infection (fever and pain passing urine)

支架管脱落

Stent falls out.

38.5℃以上的发烧

A fever of 38.5 degrees or higher

尿液中有大量血液或粉红色的尿液，持续时间超过两到三天

If the blood in your urine is thick like ketchup or pink urine lasts more than two to three days
