您好，请查收铥激光/1565nm非剥脱点阵激光治疗后的注意事项：
1. 术后3天内请温和洁肤护肤，避免使⽤果酸、⽔杨酸、维甲酸等去⻆质产品及其他含有刺激性成份产品。
2. 术后1周内治疗部位轻微灼热、发红、紧绷，浅表结痂脱屑属于正常现象, 结痂处让其自然脱落，忌强力剥除。避免过热的⽔洗脸，忌辛辣刺激饮食、忌酒。术后1周内避免化彩妆。

1.     做好皮肤的保湿修复，可以使用修复液和修复凝胶。术后一周内如自觉皮肤干燥，可按需使用械字号保湿修复面膜。

4. 治疗区域做好严格防晒。红肿消退前，严格物理防晒（帽子、伞、口罩等）。红肿消退以后，可以联合使用广谱的防晒霜（SPF30，PA+++以上），出门前半小时涂抹，一次全脸涂抹量为1圆硬币大小(若单次涂抹量不足，出门时可以再重复涂抹一遍)，长时间在户外应2-3小时补涂一次。

Dear Sir/Madam, please be aware of following notes after the nonablative fractional laser treatment:

1. Within 3 days after treatment, please use gentle skin care products with moisturizing and repairing functions. Avoid using exfoliating products such as glycolic acid, salicylic acid, and retinoic acid, as well as other products containing irritating ingredients.

2. Within 1 week after treatment, slight burning, redness, and tightness of the treated area, as well as superficial crusting and peeling, are normal phenomena. Please continue to use gentle skin care products, and wait until the crusts fall off by themselves. Do not remove the crusts forcefully. Avoid spicy food, alcohol, overheated water and makeup within the first week after treatment.

3. It is recommended to apply repair solution/gel to help skin repair within the first week after treatment. If you feel your skin is dry within one week after the operation, you can use the medical repair mask as needed.

4.. Sunscreen is very important. Before redness completely subsides, please strictly avoid sun exposure (hat, umbrella, mask,  and other physical sunscreen methods). After scabs fall off, physical sunscreen combined with broad-spectrum sunscreen cream are recommended. For the sunscreen cream, please choose SPF30, PA+++ or above; apply 1-coin-size sunscreen cream on your face 30 minutes before you go outdoors; double apply it on the pigmented areas; if you stay outdoors for long hours, please reapply sunscreen cream every 2-3 hours.
